Christmas Eve EVE! Are you ready?

Hi there, just wanted to check in. I just finished a Periscope broadcast (have you downloaded this free app on your smartphone yet???) for #WellnessWednesday focusing on today being 2 days before the real deal!

Hopefully, you’re done with shopping and meal planning by now so you don’t have to be out in the crazy streets in the last minute mob of people. If not, I encouraged taking at least one or 2 moments in the next 2 days to regroup. Today, I exercised, got my hair done, and had a mani/pedi. Even if you don’t have the time for funds to do all that, at least let someone else shop for you. I’ve talked about the grocery pick up services, through stores like Target, Lowe’s, and Harris Teeter before. I paid an extra $5 to have someone take my list and pack groceries for me. I scheduled a time to drive and pick up and VOILA! No last minute mob in the grocery store for me!!!!

Lastly, if you’re looking to sneak away with your phone for a quiet moment during the chaos, look out for my holiday stress story on ABC11/WTVD with news reporter, Caitlin Knute. It airs at 4pm Christmas Eve and Christmas day. I’ll send you some feel good vibes through the airways with my friend, Angela Peace-Coard, being featured as well. I’ll post the link on my Facebook, Twitter and IG pages to watch the replay if you miss it.

AND…….my segment with the great Carena Lemons, Atty. will air on her show, It’s Your Life, on her Youtube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOp-J9Y-kFRxXiRsvDArU4g

Stay calm and even-keeled this holiday season. Don’t get worked up. Have a glass of wine and look around the room and smile at the wonderful faces who are there to share it with you.

God bless and Merry Christmas,

Docswiner 🙂
